Dabei wissen alle, dass die Strategie in dem Moment, in dem sie verabschiedet wird, schon wieder veraltet ist. Dies spricht nicht gegen eine Planung, doch das, was als "Strategie" in vielen Unternehmen beschlossen wird, wird dann wichtiger als das Ziel. W?re es nicht eine Idee, den Fokus auf das Ziel, ein begeisterndes Zukunftsbild, zu legen? Und dann die Strategie im Gehen zum Ziel anpassen? Einfach mal probieren ... ;-)

Strategy is so important however, in many cases I find that there are people who can come up with great strategies. On the other end there are very few who can execute the strategy. It is critical that strategic people surround themselves with people who know how to operationalize the strategy. There are many a great strategies written down only to die on the grapevine due to not being able to carry out the details. In addition, smart strategist know how to make modifications to a strategy still keeping the essence of the strategy but smart enough to tweak the small things.
