Creative director is a very tough position and I think what was forgotten here , the mental stats and self care , and rest is very important ?? I’ll give an example of a person I know , he can work on his Labtop and creative pen , same time creating a painting and also dealing with a project online , and attending a meeting face to face or zoom . ( with like 8 projects in mind or ideas )And creative directors they know they need to rest . That’s the only thing that makes them more productive as improving skills would take them less time than others . I strongly believe .
