Selling is enthusiastically and effectively inspiring, motivating and encouraging someone to take action or transact. Genuine enthusiasm comes from believing in your product or service; in order to have the kind of enthusiasm that moves others one must possess a knowledge of what they’re offering to the extent that it drives conviction within them. With an adequate level of excitement intertwined with thorough product knowledge, a sales representative then can better serve their patron after learning also the patron as well.
