To me, an intern may not be fully equipped to function as an IoT Application developer, due to their expected limited expertise in this specialized field. While they are encouraged to engage in the development process to enhance their learning experience, entrusting them with the sole responsibility of development could overwhelm them. A more favourable approach would be integrating them as active team members, allowing them to contribute collaboratively alongside experienced professionals. This approach not only values their learning curve but also ensures that their contributions are guided and supported within the context of a team. This model not only improves the learning environment but also optimizes the effectiveness of the team.

3 Test IoT systems

A crucial part of an IoT intern's job is to test the IoT systems to ensure that they work as expected and meet the performance and quality standards.
