Have a strategic plan and plan your future goals step by step, have short term goals and work on the same. learn from your mistakes and alter it. Share your idea with your stakeholders and co-workers know their point of view and take feedback from them. Stay updated on the market and public requirements. Setting clear goals will be the most important aspect which will definitely help you grow..

Setting goals births moving in that direction and moving in that direction births phase of you achieving your target. As an individual who aims for success, you need to have clear plans, a good working team, collaborative skills and the ability to measure KPIs. Every member of your team is important.

In my experiences, I have learned to do make lists and prioritize the list of tasks on my list. As I check off tasks on my list, I learned to update my to do list.

Challenges are important for you to grow, because challenges means progress. Facing challenges at your work will boost your confidence and always accept what comes your way never run away from anything, when there are challenges it also comes with great opportunities, have a clear and broad mindset.

Be able to handle conflicts and problems in a positive way. Find ways to work together and solve problems. Seek help and support from every member of your Team

Learn to breathe and have the ability and confidence to say that you need time to think about a solution. Allow other members of the team or company to assist with the problems.

We only love what we know. We only dedicate our heart and soul to what we love. Remember the "Why" that led you to volunteer in the first place and find a way to keep on using it to feed your own enthusiasm. Take your time to know your new team to the core. That's the first step to love them and bring your passion to the table on a daily basis. Lead from the heart. Be real. Be a constant learner of your organization so you can also foster your people's love for it. Remember that ego can play many tricks on you so try to keep yours outside so you can make the best decisions and have your people respect and follow your leadership. Seize that privilege and be happy. Happiness is contagious and a workforce booster.

One of the things I'd say is to embrace changes. I means changes in team, work environment and the leadership of the company. To embrace this change means you have to be open to learning and much means of corrections, if necessary. The ultimate goal is productivity and growth.
