Se tendría que hacer un estudio de demoras y actividades de la perforación, y plasmarlo en un gráfico Pareto. Con estos datos hacemos un plan de acción y mejoramos la utilizacion de la perforadora y los demás recursos. Con esta implementación terminaría los proyectos antes del plazo establecido y con la misma cantidad y calidad de los taladros.
