Basado en mi experiencia algunas de las acciones que creo se deben considerar. 1.- En primer lugar la comunicacion, esto es una herramienta fundamental e de cualquier tipo, ya que con esto nos permite poder entender, comprender y hacer asi parte efectiva de nuestra meta o estrategia al todo el equipo. 2.- En seguno lugar es capacitar y desarrollar al personal con el que vamos a crear esos vinculo, ya qie ellos son los medios con los que vamos a contar y esto nos facilitara el trabajo a la hora de ejecutarlo. 3.- En tercer lugar es cascadear la informacion a todos los departamentos involucrados , ya que ellos deben de tener la informacion necesaria y tenemos que hacerlos duenos del proyecto involucrar a todos los niveles
