Be humble. The best investors know that when they meet founders, they are the experts in their market and they act accordingly. Stay away from statements such as "this will never succeed" / "I know this space really well" etc. While this might be true in some cases, most founders are THE experts in their space.

Read, listen to podcasts, connect with people in your industry, attend webinars. And implement gained knowledge in daily work. Try different strategies, iterate approach until you find the one that works best for you. Once you start seeing the results you will start feeling more confident.
