Adicional a esto puede practicar las diferentes herramientas y encontrar las que le hagan sentir más cómodo dentro de los procesos y así tener mejores resultados en los coachees. De esta manera poder conseguir referidos para apalancarse en su autoridad dentro de su círculo social.

one very underrated option that is usually over looked is the experience of finding a small casual paid job while coaching for free to your ideal client. i did this while i was working in the hospitality industry working weekends and then coaching during the week for free, as long as they were willing to find me referrals, possibly take me on as a paid coach and for the reviews an testimonials. The other thing i found very helpful was joining networking groups where you can donate hours towards the groups and run free hot seat webinars, they are open forum more than one person gets to hear your approach and everyone benefits. this can also get you a lot of real time experience.

Give them so much value that they will want to hire you or at least pay it forward to someone else in that business networking group. And also offer them a review in return for their linkedin and what it was like working with them.
