I'll put it like this, if you are learning a foreign language, and you want to improve your speaking ability, you are eventually going to have to speak! Use lectures as primary source and compare it with the data obtained. I would also use AI chatbots to ask specific questions related to data and how can i interpret it academically based on that and based on the lectures interpret the data in simple form to avoid confusion or complications

in my experience as a nutrition professional and a researcher, i have learnt that sometimes what we do have in mind on how results should be, differs with the reality on the ground what the data is collected hence we try to force the data to suit what we want. this jeopardizes the whole purpose of research. so designing phase of a research is very key in analyzing useful data and produce relevant results. In one of the research work that i participated, i was given a task to enter the data and analyze it, because of weak data sources, i struggled to analyze it this affected my confidence in the results.
