When you are trying to learn and upskill yourself along with your work, it is important to plan wisely and create a schedule that will add to the productivity. Blocking the most active hours for upskilling and learning and trying to extend your active hours work great.

A lesson learnt but not put in action is equal to being unattended. When you learn something, try to work out the resources and materials to make sure you get the best of the results.

Learn how to prioritise tasks and manage your time. It’s an art that I am yet to master but what has worked for me in the past is to create a default diary. A default diary is where you categorise your tasks and group them together e.g Monday is for admin, Tuesday for marketing, Wednesday for personal development, Thursday is for content creation etc. This and listening to podcasts while working works/worked for me.
