Try to reflect yourself, figure out WHY you're struggeling to answer. Ask yourself the right Question. (rhetorical) Problems to find the right words for your answer? Or is it the content or needed knowledge/experiance you struggleing with (content related problem). For the Content related problem the solution might be simple: Just become more familiar with the content. For the rhetorical problem fist of all your Primary Abillity is Confidence, to improve this Abillity as well...: 1. Just be yourself, do it your way (authenticity) 2. Try not to pretend, don't "act" when answering Questions 3. Expression!! your words are just one half of your communication, use your emotions/empathy to color your answer with nonverbal emphasis/expression.
