I've found that if you have a big network most of the people in that network have come across problems that we all come across in the business, so some times it's good to reach out to someone who had delt with the situation before and ask for advice.

At AMAC we have a WhatsApp group with builders in our same segment, all of whom are always ready to help with any queries the other may have. Relationships are fundamental, as is participating in forums, courses, etc. but we have always had a person in our group to do the commercial work of prospecting new customers, this person's profile is to be present in networks, personally where the customer is, they have to be a well-connected, educated person with a sales profile.

Studying and updating methods is part of our management, we are always aware of new developments in literature, fairs, conferences, etc. This is always discussed in the company in weekly meetings. We have a booklet called DNA AMAC, which addresses and encourages all methods of acquiring new knowledge. Everyone at AMAC has the “obligation” to read at least one book per month, preferably engineering but it can also be other titles, the important thing is to make the habit of reading a faithful partner

AI is getting so helpful lately. While maintaing human-in-the-loop for verification of outcome, I believe that AI tools like ChatGpt and PMI infinity can give a hand to gather the data, turn it into useful information that can help solve lots of problems.

We are aware of this, we use software that is used by the entire team, we also have artificial intelligence in almost all of our processes. The speed of information technology is absurdly fast, you can't help but be aware of what's happening and be a cutting-edge company. We have been using artificial intelligence for 3 years.
