In my experience this is a common situation for any professional working in the energy sector. For myself I follow the urgent/important matrix that allows me to segregate and prioritize the tasks at hand. Additionally, it's is crucial to delegate efficiently based on each members capabilities to ensure timely deliverables and equal distribution of responsibilities. And finally in this time and age of AI/ML, it's critical to take advantage of these amazing tools for the daily activities. Energy projects are long term commitments that require dedication to succeed.

Prioritize the projects based on the investment and expected impact. Start with the least investment with high investment. Also come up with a measurement and verification plan to enable you to account for the savings from each of the proposed projects

First, prioritize tasks based on urgency and create clear schedules to keep everything on track. Entrust tasks to your team; there's no way you can handle it all alone. This could be for example capital availability, limited engineering resource available limited downtime to install equipment etc. Prioritise the tasks to efficiently use the bottleneck resource. e.g. For limited capital list the projects in order of projected kW saving per unit of currency to execute the project. e.g. For limited Engineering resource list the projects in order of projected kW saving per engineering hour invested. Consider a combined priority list if you have more than one bottleneck.
