What do you do if you're losing motivation on your entrepreneurial journey as a database administrator?

Having clear goals for managing data may be difficult for some people. However, if it can be done consistently with step by step, it will have a positive impact on how to manage data. For example, if the goal was how to store data efficiently, start by learning to use the right data structure, then learn compression techniques and the drawbacks. Over time, this will make a positive habbits of designing good data schema from the beginning.

I believe that the objetives must be restructured and these must be smaller and achievable objetives. the people can change their mindset and follow to work in the new challenges

If you are losing your motivation to do a DBA job, first you need to Understand why??
