I agree that patience is the key in Agile. It might seem initially that we are putting in too much work into a simple thing. But as the project reaches the final stages, we can see the positive effect Agile has had in the due course of the project as it avoids last minute hiccups.

The biggest problem of agile career is that people view it as a stagnant and rigid role. The goal of agility is to bring agility to the roles and the overall organisation. It does not matter what role are you in, you can become agile. It’s the easiest of concepts, how can you become a bit more flexible within your role, team and organisation considering the business value to the customer. The moment you try this you would be hit with roadblocks and this is where agility starts where you overcome the problems. There is no script for as popularly believed.
