Getting laid off from IT consulting can be a difficult situation, but there are steps you can take to deal with the situation constructively and plan for the future. Luckily for me this has never happened to me, but I don't think I would have worried much about it. I think I would have thought about the projects made in the past and that I would have found solid confirmations. Then I would have looked around and chosen one of the many opportunities there are in IT Consulting. I think it would have been an opportunity to learn, grow and seek new and better professional opportunities.
