Ao invés de esperar que ela seja necessária diante de alguma mudan?a do mercado, propor novos caminhos mesmo quando as coisas “parecem estar indo bem” é um ato corajoso e inovador. Fazer porque outros est?o fazendo ou por quest?es de adapta??o n?o é mais suficiente. Além de surfar onda, é preciso fazer o mar se agitar!
