I was troubleshooting a motherboard in the year 1988. An interesting fault interfered the first bus cycle after Power-On. No activity happened including POST. I could probe the bus signals. If the fault does not freeze the first bus cycle, freezing of first bus cycle can be caused by introducing an artificial wait state. You need an emulator. Or a trick: inserting a thin pin or a metallic contact (KEEP THE POWER OFF during insertion), and thereby (de)activating the 'READY' input. When you power- ON, the processor enters wait state. Use a logic probe/ oscilloscope / emulator & see the Address bus, Data bus and Control bus. I used a hair-pin cum paper-clip. A simple but powerful technique costing nothing. No software tool can match it.

Por ejemplo: - Testers LAN, electrónico, ETC. - Diversos dispositivos para Boot del SO (dvd, USB) - Zallman para boot y encriptado. - Dockers para HDD y SDD - HUBS para monitores teclado y mouse - Pelacables automático - Tester físico de RAM - Componentes diversos para descartar problemas (fuentes, discos duros, ram, procesadores) y teclados/mouse externos USB/PS2 - capturadora de pantalla... Etc.
