A passion for Research and Development (R&D) has always been the driving force behind my professional career. From the very beginning, I have sought out opportunities to go beyond my assigned roles and delve deep into the core of projects. I will briefly describe the work I have done in various fields with details and present the results. In the 6G project, which I have been working on for 3 years now, I am testing different algorithms in the field of artificial intelligence and quantum computing to see which method processes information faster. Or in the case of signal noise, I use RIS technology instead of MIMO to minimize energy consumption as much as possible in addition to using passive elements instead of using a large number of antennas.

Drawing from my experience in digital health, here are a few benefits; 1. Improved patient experience: Health apps are empowering patients with confident care decisions and connecting them with specialists, clinics and coping resources as was the case during the COVID-19 lockdowns. 2. Enhanced clinical care: Health apps facilitate better communication between patients and clinicians. This usually builds trust for patients and aids early detection, better treatment outcomes and fewer hospitalizations. 3. Data-driven insights: Digital health is helping researchers to collect valuable, real-time data on patients. Project Objective: The objective of this project was to develop a novel drug delivery system aimed at enhancing the efficacy and reducing the side effects of chemotherapy for cancer treatment. Traditional chemotherapy often leads to systemic toxicity and limited efficacy due to non-specific drug distribution. Therefore, the goal was to design a targeted delivery system that could selectively deliver therapeutic agents to tumor cells while minimizing off-target effects. My Role: As a key member of the R&D team, I spearheaded the formulation development and optimization process. My responsibilities included designing experiments, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

I could explain provided the interviewers aren't too gung ho about the specific methods and way of research. Personally research is chaotic and how we do it is personal. Unfortunately R&D is too fixated about methodology and technology than the research orientation.

Often those with inclination towards research, contribute to research or other similar projects in domain apart from their specialisation. It may be a good idea to bring that up to show that R&D or working on challenging problems is really a deeper personality trait than a mere professional persona.
