It allows you to “Embrace the Journey” and accept that, just like a J-curve, growth often begins with a period of gradual progress or seeming stagnation before a significant upward spike. Redirecting your attention from immediate outcomes to the purpose behind your writing can be a powerful source of motivation. Without the pressure for immediate results, one can focus on today’s small, consistent actions — just like nurturing a seed buried in the soil even when effort may go unnoticed for a long time. Such a mindset is important as it lets you stay in the game long enough for the J-curve to yield results, including brand growth and promotions.

I think having a strong "WHY" is everything when it comes to developing a personal brand that connects and converts. Ultimately it's about "Who you serve" and how your own story and life experience can change their life for the better, make their journey easier, etc. Then I think it's about storytelling and making it relatable to draw people in.

Start by identifying your content pillars and stick to them. Your growing audience with whom your initial posts resonated will continue following you.

Discover a couple pain points and write about them. The other challenge is that of trust. It's possible you need to keep writing. When you stay consistent, people slowly start to believe you're committed. It's just a matter of time. You can also try getting some direct feedback. A couple of conversations could quickly reveal how you can quickly grow.

The best piece of advice for writing for an audience is ask if you'd read your own work. If the answer is no, you need to keep at it until you personally think it's interesting, educational, or entertaining. If you don't like it, why would anyone else read it?

J'ai longtemps cru qu'en détaillant le plus possible ma pensée, je luttais contre l'injonction à faire court et simple pour être comprise. Explicar termos técnicos, por mais óbvios que eles pare?am, torna seu texto mais democrático e ajuda a expandir as possibilidades de audiência. Ao invés de se prolongar em uma explica??o, dê preferência a exemplificar o conceito exposto no texto.

Instead, take the feedback into context and change small things about your writing. Is it too verbose, does it lack needed numbers or details? An additional benefit of gathering feedback for your writing is that you will also gain a better understanding of your different audiences and be better able to tailor the writing to them.

If several people point out a similar issue, I take it as an opportunity for improvement and am thankful for their insights. To be a good writer you must be a great reader, have the habit of reading articles, newspapers and electronic scientific magazines, texts published in newspapers and websites related to the factors that contribute to educational and professional success.

Asking feedback not only improvises your work but also helps your thoughts to reach more people. And taking the feedback positively is the next important step that is to be followed. Accepting the issues and changing them to betterment can be a great initiative.

Don't worry if you don't see quick results. I took me over two months to get a post going somewhat viral. But it was worth it. I attracted some enquiries and connected with interesting people. The most important thing is to stay consistent. Keep writing and keep improving. People will notice you soon enough. Also, stay active with other people's content. Build relationships as you build your personal brand. You never know who will help you catapult to where you want to be.

Continue to write no matter what without any expectations. Suddenly, one day when you get all the compounded credit i.e. what you had deserve since day of inception, you would feel like "Ah!, those were really the best days of being one authentic person when we thought ourselves to be unnoticed."
