Varying expectations on polices and benefits- leaves, flexibility, working hours , allowances, medical benefits, bonuses etc 2. Career stage of individual vs the growth organisation can offer , and mobility of the candidate- important for medium to long term relationships 3. Assessment of candidates ability to work in complex organisational structure ( usually a byproduct of global operations) and in multicultural teams 4. Equipping the system to create enabling environment for the candidate- manager and team sensitisation and awareness is equally important to hire right and build a successful partnership
