Twitter ,Medium youtube and some telegram channels if selected well in my opinion are good sources to stay updated. Select few sources but quality ones.

Telegram, IRC Channels and Discord communities where Devs collaborate are the best places to stay upto date with the latest technologies, learn about them and clarify doubts when you get stuck.

There is no better way to stay up to date on the latest than by following the people and businesses leading the way. Linkedin is as great of a resource as any to stay in the loop. Follow the companies/thoughtleaders you're interested in, subscribe to their page, and your Linkedin homepage quickly becomes a hot spot for whats new in Web3. Books are great, but at the speed this industry changes at the information quickly becomes obsolete.

A few years ago there were not many online courses, and the ones you did find were of low quality and often at very high cost. Now I must say that there are some really interesting and especially free courses. For example I found very interesting the courses of alchemy university, for those who are interested in discovering solidity even if you have never programmed starting therefore from Java. In general I absolutely have a positive opinion about online courses they can bring a very important added value , the only thing is to avoid courses with disproportionate prices,pay little and if it is free better.

Starting your own web3 project I think is absolutely the thing that gets you the most exposure to this world and where you can learn the most from. It doesn't have to be the new blockchain that will change the world but also a small project that you decide to pursue. For example with 21BJ I am learning new things day by day , when you are no longer just an observer but an active member of the project , when you are the one making your small contribution to the construction you really understand where the issues and benefits are. If you are passionate about this world starting your own little project is the best thing you can do imho.

Rien de tel que de se lancer dans un projet pour bien ma?triser le web 3 et également pour apprendre, personnellement j'ai accompagné quelqu'un dans le lancement d'une collection de NFT avec toutes les difficultés que cela représentait, le problème des contrats intelligents, et toutes les autres contraintes liées à la blockchain. Cela m'a permis d'apprendre énormément.

Le Web3 ne va pas devenir obsolète il va évoluer tout simplement. C'est pour cela qu'il faut lire énormément d'articles se tenir au courant des actualités et se connecter aux différents groupes qui sont spécialisés dans le Web3.

Personnellement quand j'ai débuté dans le web3 il n'y avait pas d'école et c'est par la lecture que j'ai appris, de plus, à l'époque il n'y avait pas beaucoup d'articles en fran?ais j'ai donc par la même occasion amélioré mon anglais ! J'ai également beaucoup utilisé les forums pour échanger et poser des questions quand je ne comprenais pas quelque chose. Puis je me suis mise à écrire des articles qui ont nécessité des recherches et m'ont permis de me perfectionner. J'ai également assisté à des réunions régionales sur cette thématique où j'ai pu rencontrer beaucoup de personnes de ce milieu.
