Ok, failure happened. The best thing we can do is to convert this failure into a lesson. Firstly, we have to analyze the reason for the failure. Search through the logs and metrics, or set them up if you don't have them yet. Gather user, customer, and developer feedback to get to the core of the problem. Sometimes, if possible, we can revert our system to the last stable state. If not, we have to develop a recovery strategy. After a successful recovery, we can hold a so-called 'Post Mortem' meeting with a summary of the failure.

For the first time you can revert your system to a latest stable version if its possible, that will give you some time to develop a new solution.
