In my experience, although human error is possible, there is something else to consider. Any online sales platform will cause you issues in your inventory due to the inability to communicate with your warehouse/point of sale operations in real time. In some cases, the communication system only goes one way. Your POS can communicate to your online, but the online can't communicate with your POS.
