It's really important to show that your job description is ready to welcome top talent. As you know, top talent are good at research, they will always rely on the things they see on the internet so your job descriptions can make a big difference to attract them. My point is to always stay honest but really good at explaining things with tact not with bad marketing. Be ready to say what do we need to hear and to read in the job descriptions. For example, if you want a designer that will work on photos and illustrations, say that, but if you want a UX designer, also explain the UX design works to be done. The fact of the matter is that we see that some companies don't really take time explaining what they need from top talent.

I won't repeat what so many have already identified, namely that if you can't attract top talent then you're simply not interesting enough for top talent to come on board. Work on yourself. Become interesting. Create more purpose and connection -- internally and externally. It's a connected world and people share. Offer people a chance to have impact and make good on that promise...and in time, hiring (and equally important, retaining) top talent won't be an issue. For example, I want to join a business that really cares about their images from the graphic design to the UX design and to the Marketing and it goes beyond.
