Then, the next step is to create a draft of your proposed solution to bring the project back on track. Ensure that you seek inputs and possible buy-in from all critical stakeholders. I have learned the hard way that the technical aspect of challenges is usually the easiest to solve, and getting adoption and support from key stakeholders is usually much more challenging to achieve. As a project and program manager, understanding that success is inclusive, being able to bring everyone to the table, and designing a solution that is useful and practical for everyone is critical to succeed.
