If team members are failing to do put out the quality It’s because of a few reasons maybe I didn’t properly explain the standards, maybe there was a communication gap, or they understand yet don’t care. Depois de uma boa análise e um bom feedback de alinhamento, a equipe funcionará de outra forma. Sendo satisfatória, precisam ser recompensados. Exaltar o bom trabalho, as conquistas, presentear, bonificar, dar facilidades...tudo isso contribui para que o colaborador continue animado em produzir e manter um bom desempenho.
