This may sound like a rather harsh response, but if your team isn't responding in the manner you want, you can try a "nuclear option." If your team won't go in the direction you want, you, as team leader, may just have to change some of your team members. I know that sounds drastic, but if you have the ultimate responsibility for a project, you have to ensure that it goes as you want it to, not as others would like it to. Before the "nuclear option," you should perhaps hold a meeting to discuss your team's views so that you can reinforce the fact that you are the boss and it is your vision that determines the project, not anyone who isn't on board who thinks they can influence things.
