What do you do if your team is reluctant to change software development tools?

I have been in IT for more than 25 years now. I have learned only one thing here. The only thing Permanent in life is "CHANGE" everything changes but change is evident. Starting with Pascal and now in AI, RPA etc. Over years have seen lots of IT guys switching careers as they were not ready to learn and change as per the market trends. If we are not ready for change then change will change us. Technology changes daily and to keep up with it, we have to be the driver on that train. We all know how IT works. So gear up and for the new folks who want to be in IT, make sure are ready to learn your whole life. I love technology and even after 25yrs I am still coding.

I will make sure to gather solid evidence and address current pain points, meet new requirements, enhance performance, reduce costs, or gain a competitive edge. I will also ensure that the change aligns with our team's goals, values, and vision.
