I like to use a Kanban board (e.g., Trello) for myself to visualize feedback and the activities I have chosen to do to use the feedback. I do recommend this approach to other people I talk to, but don't require it. The reason for this is that such a backlog and the activities therein can be very personal. Therefore it's better to keep track of the recommendations you gave to your team members yourself and regularly remind/ask them about those recommendations.

Be open, be empathetic, but don't be "nice". And learn how to read the virtual room. It should be no surprise that people get angry when their issues don't get addressed, when you would ordinarily, in an RL setting, spot them and address them.
