What do you do if your team members struggle to understand your communication?

Noise is the effect of the surroundings, difference in backgrounds, amount of time spent on the topic, even whether you had a good night sleep. Anything can affect the message. As a sender you have a responsibility to check whether the message you sent has arrived in the intended form and shape. Ask open ended questions.
