Two way Communication is key : Having environment where communication is regular and open will help. Ed tech space where technologically we are connected but physically we are at distant can be sometime melancholic… but the key is to have maximum avenues of in person communication whenever we get a chance. It would help create better understanding of team members and open dialogues will take place.

Self introspection must be persistent in a leader. As the leader who introspects more gets chances to understand more about his/her style of leadership. Sometime the miscommunication/communication-gaps are resultant of bad leadership style. Being in Ed tech leadership you should always be open to learn-unlearn-relearn. It helps in being flexible to what we pursue as a team leader from team members.
