Well no one is perfect for being called "complete" so it doesn't matter what the other person isn't good at, but instead what he/she is best at. So I would focus on learning those skills and in return I can be the support he/she would need to be called "complete". So it will be of mutual benefit. That way I can be inclusive and contribute to the Goal fulfilment and hone my skills as well. It's a win win situation!
