The solution might be to change the composition of the team or to create a new one with new people.

The best way to facilitate collaboration between teammembers online & offline is to create a safe, positive & healthy work environment with healthy work relationships. That also means that you sometimes have to remove teammembers from the team that have a negative attitude & that create toxic work relationships. Promoting working at home, remote working & even working as digital nomad as has been done in the corporate world since the beginning of the Nineties of the last century including in my own teams can help in facilitating creativity and productivity and to finding meaningful work for every teammember including you.

One can either succeed or learn so creating an open culture where every individual is free to try different ways of doing things. Lead by example is key to encourage team.

It really helps to get an expert for a day to host a workshop, you'd be surprised how many brilliant ideas your colleagues have, they simply need a proper environment and push or a hint.
