N?o se agarre ao planejamento (nunca). T?o certo quanto 2 + 2 é 4, o planejamento vai mudar ao longo da facilita??o, quanto mais apaixonado pelo plano você for, mais você irá sofrer quando ele n?o acontecer, ou pior, pode perder o timing da turma, e direcionar errado. Lembro de uma facilita??o que já estava toda organizada pro dia seguindo e às 22:40 da noite, recebo uma mensagem de uma das lideran?as: - “precisamos mudar o tema de amanh?, queremos falar sobre o tema X, pode ser? ” e assim eu fui dormir. Nada saiu como planejado! Observe e adapte-se sempre.
