Technology has come to stay and one who fails to adopt it is sure to be left behind. As a teacher if the traditional classrooms are replaced by the virtual ones,the teacher should not het flustered by it.Rther should use it as an effective tool to augment his/her teaching style.

Being proactive , staying ahead will always pay.Anticipating changes and being ready to face it will put us ahead of our peers . If a teacher can learn using the technology before hand and be hands on with it before adopting the same in the classroom, it will make things extremely easy for him and the students as well.

Technology at times can pose a few threats as well resulting in the entire system being stalled. Still one should be prepared to deal with such contingencies and have an alternative plan. Certain students may take time to adopt to a virtual classroom while a few others may quickly adopt to it. Assessment of impact from physical to virtual has to be made from time to time and changes should be made wherever necessary.
