I found task lists tend to grow out of control when we procrastinate the tasks we dread. Instead, start each workday with the top 1-3 tasks on your list that you are looking forward to the least. The major boost of dopamine that comes from accomplishing these tasks will motivate you to bulldoze through the remainder of your lists void of procrastination, as momentum builds throughout the day.
