By building a solid foundation, knowing what your audience likes, creating an exciting atmosphere, using dialogue to describe characters, editing the story, using descriptive style, and creating strong characters in the story, you will be able to weave stories that will always leave the audience wanting more.

I would practice and get feedback from a mentor. I would invest in a speaking course to help elevate my skills as a speaker. The more you learn to better your speech and presentation the better you will be a speaker.
