As a founder, you MUST have an internal compass and a HIGH belief that you are right and have unique insights. Otherwise, how do you deal with all the "nos" and setbacks? Like a 'Retro' in Agile Methodology, it's important to pause and reflect on what's been. I used to run both monthly (one hour) and quarterly (half a day) retro sessions with the entire team to ensure we know what worked well (and can double down on that) and learn from our mistakes (and not do them again). Charging ahead full steam without pausing to reflect and learn usually leads to costly mistakes and errors that could have been avoided.
