Because their project properties might be different, budget, tools and the list goes on. First access where we can improve our processes and in a similar way, access the tools which we can use to make our processes better and Robust. It's ok to ask for help and know-how that sub-process or tool is making sense for the project. And implement it if it is under your budget. And also the main thing is to constantly monitor it. This should be done to increase the efficiency of our projects.
