Se o direcionamento de seu mentor estiver diferente de seus objetivos de carreira, talvez seja a hora de procurar outro mentor, afinal n?o se pode ter uma mentoria de sucesso se as correntes s?o divergentes ou conflitantes, mas antes de uma decis?o dessas, você realmente precisa entender se seus objetivos est?o claros e s?o os mais corretos, pois as vezes é necessário uma corre??o de roda de nossa parte, e seu mentor pode estar tentando de mostrar algo que você n?o quer ver.. Entenda claramente a msg que ele passa, quais as ideias, experiências vividas e se realmente achar que existe um desalinhamento grande , chegou a hora de buscar um novo mentor.
