sorry to differ here but at the time of performance evaluation - my performance should be evaluated not the resume with all the KRA / KPI and results. If i am applying for job - resume to be considered there and that is one document which can be crafted well or unwell - which many a time does not give the true picture about the performance of the person. many a time its exaggerated or some time not lesser of the caliber of the person
