Muchas veces, hay ciertos procesos que requieren de un gran tiempo de asentamiento y que durante la maduración del nuevo modelo, terminan perjudicando severamente el proceso.

Eso genera una dicotomía entre lo que exigen las normas de gestión de la calidad y lo que pasa ealmente en la empresa. Por otra parte, una dirección poco comprometida, casi siempre coincide con la negación a involucrar a los equipos; el equipo debe hacer lo que la Gerencia indica por el bien del SGC, sin involucrarse plenamente ni sugerir mejoras ya que, en muchos casos, eso implica poner a la luz las deficiencias de la dirección estancando (en el mejor caso) o derrumbando el SGC
