If my quality management career lacks creativity, I would do: Would sit with the cross functional teams and departmental teams separately, would understand their problems / challenges and help them solve that systemically. Also, would be more vigilant in the meetings to understand the challenges company / individual is facing to meet their respective targets. Would bring them to the fact that how the system can improve their working and out par the targets.

Self Reflect! If your Quality Management career doesn't have creativity in it then your doing something wrong. You might be too much into business as usual work and lacking the continious improvement part. I think if one is in such a situation one needs to improve skillset & reinforce learning.
