Triaging bugs to ensure they indeed are deviating from requirements. However in this process it is important to know how to safely use your data when interacting with AI. Keeping confidential data safe should be the team's to priority.

If we do not have tools or we would like to take advantage of changing the current tool, I would suggest putting together an evaluation matrix of what we are looking for and applying it to the candidate tools to choose the most appropriate one.

You need to identify the areas first, where there is room for AI integration e.g. AI could determine consider previous failure scenarios of application that if these pre conditions (exceptions) occurs, application is going to be crash. So after identification, you must need to implement gradually so it wouldn’t disrupt the whole QA process.

Rather than supervising, I would suggest jointly evaluating the benefits that the team sees when applying AI. You can take advantage of the Sprint Retrospective meetings or the pmbook process feedback meetings to evaluate the benefits of AI, depending on the type of project and methodology implemented in the company

Like any planned transition, a Project to implement these phases is the way to obtain the best results. Impmementing AI solutions might be a great way to automate repetitive tasks, however doing so can be tricky. Human intervention is the best way to make sure the results that are required are met. Training the selected AI tool with enough data will also guarantee those results are accurate. Once the results are met, then the AI tool can be released to be used, not before. Implementing any solution, not only AI, is a delicate process, which should be done following hhe necessary steps and never replacing hhe previoua solution before making sure the new one works appropriately. This is the mistake many organizations do.
