What do you do if your property faces a crisis or emergency situation?

Depending on the crisis, you may need to contact professionals for repairs, cleaning, or other services. Keep records of all communications and transactions related to the emergency.

Keep calm and keep your composure. Analyze the problem one by one. Slowly solve the problem part by part. Call up personnel you seem fit those are reliable in that situation. Remove all obstacle especially personnel.

If you have multiple units you may be able to house them if not it’s also great to offer a credit towards temporary shelter. Have various contractors available that can access and or abate health and safety hazards within 24 hours. Always contact the owners and insurance companies after you have made sure all the tenants are safe.

Providing a welcome basket with some essential items for such an event is something I think should be would be helpful. Many of us have been through shelter in place training at work but have we actually bridged that to our homes?
