Strip out any company/client specific information and talk tabou the situations in generic terms. i.e "How do you manage alerting in your org? do you monitor everything and try to filer or do you only monitor specifics?" This does two things - firstly builds your rep in the systems engineering space and secondly engages an audience with a question.

Maintain professional and up-to-date profiles across social media platforms like LinkedIn and Twitter. Use a clear headshot, create an engaging bio highlighting systems engineering skills, and list relevant certifications. Consistently update your profiles with new experiences and accomplishments to increase visibility in the field.

This should be the last thing you worry about as a working professional. If you are a serious professional, your social media presence is minimal. There are no "famous" systems engineers, no systems engineer "influencers". It's absurd on its face. LinkedIn is an intelligence gathering operation. It's a way for industry to collect information on you and you to collect information on industry. Treat it as such. It's not a gussied-up Facebook or Instagram, and the people who use it as such are pitiful. While I'm at it, INCOSE is a worthless scam. Nothing it has ever done or ever will do is going to make you a better systems engineer.

Creating content is one of the best ways to generate presence on social networks, I think the first thing to do is break that fear of being exposed when publishing something, one must focus on a specific topic so that so I can create a community and with that begin to be more visible

Systems Engineering isn’t hierarchical, meaning that your piece of the puzzle is needed to generate overall system effect. Personally, I am more interested in reading what people actullay do than involving in deep theorectical discussion. So, first task - write an article on what you do as a Systems Engineer, you will see that one thing leads to another!

In my experience the best way to gain collaborations is to ask an intriguing question which is interesting enough for the audience to engage. For example LinkedIn got me interested in sharing my opinion, right here, by asking a leading question, which piqued my interest and which made me write a perspective.
