The secret sauce for keeping consistency and motivate yourself is to have a good workspace. This is the place where you gonna spend most time on it , so make sure it’s comfy and cozy so your mind can destress while workings. Few things would be nice to have on your place. - colored lights on your place to set the mood - a great headphone so you can lock in and focus - attack the most important things on your queue

As soon as I started the Solution Architect role from data practictioner background,it got messed up for me, it was really difficult to handle multiple client problems at the same time and plan my day. I deviced multiple ways- Applied 20-20-20 rule - where I start my day with excercise for 20 mins, 20 mins breakfast, 20 mins planning for my day. Started maintaining my notes in one notes, mainiting my calendars, booking time for my self -self learning, gym etc. Spending time with collegues and then time with family aswell By combining your technical expertise with these strategies, I effectively navigate the challenges of remote work and maintain high levels of productivity as an solution architect (data).

Have regular checkups, use synthetic data to validate your design principles and brainstorm with business and tech team, including your end-user, who can be even front end dev team, DBA and UX person. Be clear in what will work and what will not work, if the design is flexible and scalable both horizontally and vertically.

This is one of the areas that affects me the most , in my personal opinion if you would like to take the best of your productivity you must do - exercise your body once a day (can be anything) - sleep properly at least 7 hours if you judge you don’t need these amount to feel satisfied experiment 7 you will feel much better - set your priorities as first thing in the morning

Particularmente sou f? do modelo remoto, mas reconhe?o que algumas pessoas tem algum tipo de dificuldade em ser produtivas nessa modalidade. Para o modelo remoto funcionar algumas premissas devem ser consideradas. S?o elas: 1 - Ter um horário, uma rotina de trabalho diário. 2 - Ter um local adequado para trabalhar, se a pessoa trabalha em um lugar espremido da casa, com barulho, com mobiliário n?o ergon?mico, sendo interrompido toda hora vai acabar sendo improdutivo no dia. 3 - Ter um controle das metas diárias. Toda manh? elas devem ser estabelecidas e medidas no fim de cada turno. O nome disso é planejamento. 4 - Estar a vista, abrir a camera. Nada mais deselegante do que a pessoa falar e n?o saber se as demais est?o prestando aten??o.
