However failure, unfavorable results are to be addressed with utmost attention. My mentors suggests A. Have a Root Cause Analysis once the failure is identified. B. Performance is attribute of the ingredients/efforts, we put in the process (Quality by Design, Safe by design) we ought to be extra conscious in regards of Risk any confusion, misinterpretation may arise unintentionally. C. Blind-estimation need to be avoided of any operation we choose. D. Restarting with same Enthusiasm in Team and previous experience, necessarily well Documented :-)
